Coffee roastery

In Gersthof they are also called “Cottäääsch Roasters”. So much local color is allowed! At the Diglas bistro on Gersthof’s market square, truly magical things are done in the coffee room set up in-house: unusual blends are created from fresh coffee beans according to secret recipes, which are served as coffee-to-go or can be ordered in the online store.

Tip for all morning grouches: “A coffee-to-go by Diglas a day keeps the office grant away!” (Okay, that still bumps a bit … we’re working on it …).

In our online store you will find all currently available coffee blends. They are constantly supplemented by new creations.
