Wilhelm von Marsano was able to make a name for himself as a playwright and storyteller of the late Romantic period. His comedy “The Heroes” was performed at the Burgtheater in Vienna. Our Marsano from El Salvador tastes lustily of milk chocolate and pralines with ripe summer cherry notes in the finish.

This is definitely our SchweinsKarreeBraten! With sauerkraut and dumplings. Hardly anyone can make it as tender and juicy as we do – objectively speaking, of course. We use only fresh meat from the region from producers we know. It is prepared according to a traditional recipe of the Diglas grandparents. Well packed, the Bratl can be conveniently picked up or delivered.
