At the Buschenschank, the food is served, and at Diglas on the market, the food is cooked and cut. Every day. From the menu of the day to delicatessen to pastries and coffee.

Of course, such a production is not only possible in the rooms at the Gersthof market. That’s why the kitchen of the Diglas dairy in Türkenschanzpark and the Diglas bakery in downtown Vienna deliver the food – preferably by cargo bike when the weather is right.
